  4. Inspect and Approve Return: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., a defective item), we will refund the cost of shipping as well.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within the 15-day return period. Please note that the item you wish to exchange for must be in stock. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
